Reinforced Aluminium Tape

Reinforced aluminium tape is rigid insulation of closing air ducts. They are used on pipes, ducts, and buildings for both interior and exterior applications. They cut easily and install easily in the field. They are available in smooth or irregular surface finish in a variety of thicknesses.

Reinforced aluminium tape backing is glass fiber reinforced aluminium film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive and protected by a silicone paper liner. The tape is offered in silver color of outer surface that it will be UV reflective duct insulation wrapping.

The Foil-scrim backing is 18um aluminium foil laminated with the 2-way scrim 5x5mm. The scrim formed by a set of fiberglass yarns, in a transverse arrangement, where these are spaced from each other at a distance of 5mm.

Reinforced aluminium tape is tear-resistant and offers a super high-tack, acrylic adhesive that bonds tightly to surfaces. It can be used on applications that operate within a wide temperature range. The reinforced aluminium foil tape is resistant to water, flames, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, it is ideal for use in a range of demanding applications and environmental conditions.
