Aluminum Foil Rubber Tape is manufactured using a soft aluminum foil carrier coated with a pressure-sensitive rubber-resin adhesive. This construction provides excellent initial tack, strong bonding strength, and good conformability, especially on rough or uneven substrates. A release liner ensures easy handling and clean application during installation.
Compared with standard aluminum foil tapes, aluminum rubber tape offers superior flexibility and vibration damping while maintaining moisture resistance and weather durability. It is widely used where quick adhesion, reliable sealing, and adaptability to surface movement are required, particularly in HVAC ductwork and repair applications.
