High Temp Aluminum Foil Tape

High temp aluminum foil tape consists of an aluminum foil, glass cloth backing combined with a pressure sensitive Acrylic adhesive. It is a thin tape that combines glass cloth with a laminate of aluminum foil. Aluminum foil / Glass cloth backing (7um foil / FR glue / 90gsm glass cloth 7×9), coated with a high performance Synthetic Rubber-resin adhesive, protected by an easy-release silicone release paper.

High temperature aluminum foil tape is light and heat reflective, plus it resists flame, moisture, weather and UV degradation. High temp aluminum foil tape is a chemical resistant, thermally conductive tape that performs consistently at temperatures ranging from -70 degree Celsius to +225 degree Celsius. The aluminum foil backing and strong adhesive create a long-lasting bond that can withstand high temperatures and various elements.

Tape Applications:

• HVAC Systems: Primary use is sealing leaks, gaps, and joints in air conditioning ducts, metal pipes, and other HVAC system components where heat resistance is crucial.
• Thermal Insulation: Wraps pipes, hoses, or containers to reflect heat radiation and help maintain hot or cold temperatures inside.
• Moisture and Vapor Barrier: Applied around windows, doors, or openings in walls to act as a moisture barrier and vapor barrier, especially in hot and humid environments.
