Aluminum Foil Insulation Tape

Aluminum foil insulation tape is a type of adhesive tape that is specifically designed for use in insulation applications. This aluminum foil tape typically consists of a layer of aluminum foil on one side and an adhesive on the other, and is used to join and seal pieces of insulation together, as well as to cover and protect insulation from damage. The reflective surface of the aluminum foil also helps to improve the efficiency of the insulation by reflecting heat back into the interior space.

Aluminum foil insulation tape is single-faced adhesive tape of aluminum foil backing which is coated by Rubber-Resin adhesive (PSA), protected by an easy-release silicone paper liner. PSA is synthetic rubber adhesive systems, it will be offer good tack and adhesion to a variety of surfaces, but will not perform well in colder temperatures.
