Compared with traditional pure aluminum foil tape, the PET-aluminum laminate backing delivers drastically improved tensile strength, anti-tear performance, flexibility and puncture resistance. The aluminum foil layer offers outstanding heat & light reflection, low moisture vapor transmission rate and excellent thermal conductivity, while the PET film enhances dispensing smoothness, dimensional stability and outdoor weather aging resistance.
Our liner-free Aluminum Polyester Tape adopts a silicone release coating on the outer PET surface, eliminating extra release liner. This design streamlines automated mass production workflows, reduces waste and supports continuous high-speed tape application with consistent pressure and precision. Liner-equipped versions with easy-peel silicone release paper are also supplied for manual construction and small-scale maintenance work. All products comply with international test standards including PSTC and ASTM testing specifications, with a wide service temperature range of -30°C ~ +100°C for most grades.

Premium acrylic adhesive delivers excellent rolling ball tack and high peel adhesion to steel, copper, plastic, foam, glass and wood. Outstanding instant adhesion on both metal and plastic surfaces minimizes rework during automated white goods manufacturing and manual construction sealing.
Far higher tensile strength and tear resistance than single pure aluminum tape. Multiple elongation options (20% / 50% / 80%) for different usage demands: high-elongation grades fit irregular curved pipe wrapping; low-elongation high-tensile grades fix rigid condenser coils stably without deformation.
Aluminum foil layer provides excellent thermal conductivity, maximizing heat transfer efficiency when bonding refrigerator condenser tubes and evaporator coils, cutting appliance energy consumption and stabilizing cooling performance. The reflective foil surface also blocks heat radiation for solar pipe insulation and roofing heat insulation.

A1: Liner-free Aluminum Polyester Tape is a composite of aluminum foil and PET film, while ordinary aluminum tape is single-layer pure foil. The PET laminate greatly improves tensile strength, anti-tear and puncture resistance. The liner-free design removes extra release paper, supporting automated production. Its dual-layer structure also delivers better vapor barrier and weather resistance than single aluminum foil tape.
A2: The acrylic adhesive firmly bonds clean dry steel, aluminum, copper, plastic (PVC, ABS, PP), glass, wood, polyurethane, XLPE and NBR foam insulation, as well as FSK duct boards and fiberglass insulation blankets.
A3: Yes. The aluminum-PET composite forms an impermeable moisture barrier with low vapor transmission rate. Solvent acrylic adhesive grades have strong anti-UV and anti-aging properties, suitable for permanent outdoor sealing of roofs, solar equipment and external HVAC pipelines.
A4: Absolutely. Our liner-free PET-Foil tape is supplied in 400-meter long jumbo rolls, designed for continuous automated application. The smooth silicone-treated PET outer layer avoids jamming, ensures uniform pressing and eliminates liner waste disposal during mass production of freezers and air conditioners.
A5: Standard PET-Foil series supports -30°C ~ +100°C; special Foil-BOPP grade FBP1325WL extends the range to -20°C ~ +120°C, meeting high-temperature pipeline sealing demands. Standard ALPT general grade works within -5°C ~ +55°C for mild indoor environments.
