Deyou tape is a professional manufacturer of versatile double sided adhesive tapes with complete product lines to meet diverse industrial and daily bonding demands. Our double sided tapes utilize multiple substrate carriers including non-woven tissue, woven cloth, PET mesh, PET/BOPP film and PE foam, coated with three core adhesive systems: water-based acrylic, high-tack solvent acrylic and synthetic rubber resin. Each tape is covered with double-sided silicone coated release paper (white PE liner, yellow/bronze glassine liner for easy peeling).

All tapes deliver stable bonding performance under standard construction temperature, ideal for Construction sealing, Mounting & Laminating and HVAC industries.
A: White silicone release paper (W) is thicker with low cost for common manual packaging. Yellow/bronze glassine liner (G) features easy-release treatment, ideal for high-speed automatic die-cutting and industrial assembly lines with fast peeling demand.
A: Select DAxx25G/W tissue tape, DS6025G PET mesh tape, TA6025G carrier-free tape or DPEF PE foam tape. All coated with aggressive solvent acrylic adhesive to avoid foam peeling after long-term use.
A: Yes. DC series cloth double sided tape is the top choice for heavy carpet fixing with strong tear resistance; DP/DT PET double sided film tape is an alternative for light carpet and floor mat mounting.
A: The best working temperature range is +10°C to +40°C. Low temperature will reduce initial tack; high temperature over 40°C may cause adhesive overflow and liner deformation. Always ensure the bonding surface is clean and dry.
A: Yes. All BondTape double sided tapes support slitting, rewinding and custom die-cutting into rolls, sheets or shaped stickers according to customer drawings.
A: Compared with solvent acrylic adhesive, DA8015W / DA9015W water-based acrylic tissue tape has lower VOC emission, less odor, compliant with general light packaging and daily decorative bonding scenarios.
A: Definitely. Different plastic, foam, leather and fabric materials have different surface energy. We strongly recommend customers test tape adhesion on your actual products first to confirm matching performance before mass order.
