Laminated insulation facing is an outer surface of insulation materials. It is additional layer made of reinforced Aluminum foil or PP film. Facing acts as an additional barrier that helps protect construction from moisture and damage from the elements. The Insulation facing is both a vapor barrier and a flame retardant.

FSK (Foil-scrim-kraft) Facing
FSK as a laminated insulation facing protects insulation materials as like as a jacket. It is most commonly used to exposed surfaces of Duct wrap, HVAC Ductwork, Exterior wall insulation, Metal building insulation, Pipeline insulation, Hot water tank insulation.
Foil-scrim-kraft is laminated 5 layers of structure, the outer layer is Aluminum foil and Kraft paper. The middle layer is the Glass fiber layer double side coated with Flame-retardant adhesive, it increased tensile strength of FSK, and the Aluminum foil and Kraft paper are firmly bonded.
PSK (PP-scrim-kraft) Facing
PSK Insulation Facing is laminated 5 layers of structure, the outer layer is Polypropylene film and Kraft paper. The middle layer is the Glass fiber layer double side coated with Flame-retardant adhesive, it increased tensile strength of FSK, and the Kraft paper and PP film are firmly bonded.
PSK Insulation Facing is a multi-layered material that combines polypropylene film, scrim, and kraft paper to provide moisture resistance, strength, durability, thermal performance, and fire resistance in HVAC insulation applications.
ASJ (All Service Jacket) Facing
ASJ Insulation Facing is laminated 5 layers of structure, the outer layer is Aluminum foil and White Kraft paper. The middle layer is the Glass fiber layer double side coated with Flame-retardant adhesive, it increased tensile strength of ASJ, and the Aluminum foil and White kraft paper are firmly bonded. The industry also has several tapes and mastics available to match the white kraft paper, and ensure the appearance of the ASJ facing remains crisp and seamless.
ASJ Insulation Facing combines aluminum foil, scrim, and kraft paper layers to provide moisture resistance, thermal performance, strength, durability, fire resistance, and ease of installation in HVAC and mechanical insulation systems.
D/S Reflective Aluminum Foil Insulation
Double side reflective aluminum foil insulation facing material is laminated using 2 pure Aluminum foil and 1 layer of Kraft paper as well as 1 layer of fiberglass scrim reinforcement. PE adhesive or flame retardant adhesive is adopted as the bonding agent.
The D/S Reflective Aluminum Foil Insulation used as facing and insulation under roofs, in walls behind cladding or under timber floors, for residential and commercial building. Combining with glasswool / rockwool / mineral wool / foam insulation, it is excellent as a vapor barrier for air-conditioning ducts, pipes and vessels.
